Every year, at the beginning of summer, Dounia heads to the city. It’s a gloriously festive occasion. When Dounia falls asleep on the return ride on the train, something surprisingly happens. There are no parents waiting at the final stop, instead Dounia finds a gecko, a flamingo, a ray and other stray animals.
