Het Hannekesnest, a young Belgian publishing house, has been climbing the charts in Flemish and Dutch book stores since its foundation three years ago.

The heart of Het Hannekesnest is Hanne Luyten. Born in the eighties and raised in the nineties, she ventured out into the working world in the early noughties and built a career in television making. After ten years and three brand new children, Hanne decided it was time for a change of pace. She picked up her pen and hasn’t put it back down since. In the current roaring twenties, she founded her own publishing house, producing multiple bestselling titles and harbouring one dream yet: worldwide translations of those wonderful stories.
